Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at TopView Sightseeing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our marine experiences, including hospitality, operations, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all aspects of product execution, ensuring flawless delivery and a world-class experience.
  • Lead multiple vessels to ensure timely and successful events and experiences.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to personnel, engaging in recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct audits to assess talent and coach as needed, continually analyzing processes and systems to improve results.
  • Communicate with marine teams to anticipate replacement needs and own concession inventory control and procurement processes.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial discipline.
  • Partner with the Director of Marine Operations to streamline existing products and develop, refine, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Uphold stringent safety protocols and uncompromising food quality standards throughout all operational processes.
  • Manage coordination for events with external vendors and conduct client walk-throughs as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 12 years in operations, with 5+ years in a management role, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B experience.
  • Highly hands-on with strong problem-solving capabilities under pressure, ability to make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional team management abilities, with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams, excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Work schedule is 50+ hours a week, with availability to work weekends and holidays, and a valid driver's license required.
