Lead Financial Associate

River Bank & Trust is seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Associate to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of financial associates, ensuring the highest level of customer service and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of financial associates to ensure excellent customer service and financial expertise.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking products and services, including personal and business accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other banking teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and banking laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of banking experience, with a focus on customer service and financial operations.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience supervising a team of financial associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and banking laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
