Merchandising Lead

As a Merchandising Lead at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and promoting the company's products and services. You will also assist management with supervising associates, training, and developing their skills to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines.
Key responsibilities include receiving and stocking supplies and merchandise, maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation, monitoring food and merchandise quality, and developing processes and practices to meet business needs. You will also demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Additional responsibilities include leading and participating in teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools, and coordinating and executing work assignments. You will also oversee the picking and staging of club pick-up orders and ensure products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
