Position Overview
As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our logistics department, aiding in the seamless and effective delivery of our products to clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping Coordination: Assist in liaising with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others to guarantee timely product deliveries.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Help track and oversee shipments, providing updates to relevant parties and addressing any delays swiftly.
  • Customs Documentation: Aid in organizing and managing customs paperwork to ensure adherence to international shipping regulations.
  • Freight Claims Management: Support the team in handling freight claims, collaborating closely with carriers and internal departments for resolution.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Assist in reviewing and reconciling freight invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide support in addressing shipping-related inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Estimation Support: Assist in providing precise freight and dimension estimates to support sales and planning teams.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing shipping processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
