Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will lead a team and take pride in achieving production excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing departmental operations and processes to ensure safety, accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Implementing process improvements and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Directing and instructing employees in designated work areas.
  • Training and guiding department staff while ensuring effective communication of customer needs and company objectives.
  • Operating and monitoring heat-treating equipment as necessary.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Must comply with ITAR regulations; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases, is necessary.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in heat treating or a related field is required.
  • Willingness to work overtime or various shifts, including weekends, to meet company objectives.
