We are currently interviewing for a Supervisor position in Rancho Dominguez, CA.

Bodycote offers a competitive compensation package, including a $1500 sign-on retention bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee department operations to ensure safety, accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide process improvements and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Instruct and direct employee work activities in assigned areas.
  • Train and direct department employees, maintaining effective communication of customer needs and company goals.
  • Operate controls and monitor heat-treating equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heat treating or related industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of furnace, torch, and induction brazing experience.
  • Familiarity with commonly used industry-standard brazing alloys.
