Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for delivering and implementing telecom services and solutions. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the entire implementation process, from service provisioning to customer onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met. As the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, you will provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.

You will be responsible for managing escalations and troubleshooting issues that arise during the service delivery process. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures in all service implementations.

You will provide leadership in improving processes related to service delivery, provisioning, and customer service. You will work closely with the project management team to align timelines and deliverables with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications, service delivery, and provisioning processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing escalations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus (experience with tools like Microsoft Project or similar preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
