Safety Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Program Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a Safety Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs at our automotive manufacturing facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage safety programs and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
  • Stay updated on safety regulations and ensure compliance
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Develop and deliver safety training for employees
  • Monitor and analyze safety data and prepare safety reports
  • Lead or participate in safety committee meetings

Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus
  • OSHA 30 Hour required
  • 3+ years of experience in safety management within an automotive manufacturing or similar industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in safety management software and tools
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
