  • Oversee incoming service requests while maintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Greet clients with professionalism, collect essential vehicle and customer details, and ensure precise documentation for repairs and billing.
  • Clearly document vehicle concerns and secure customer consent on service orders.
  • Comprehend and effectively relay warranty guidelines and approval procedures throughout the repair process.
  • Process customer payments and estimate needs, as well as keep clients informed about repair status.
  • Clarify completed services and associated costs to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about warranty policies and product updates to enhance job effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Medium/Heavy Duty truck sector.
  • Strong technical expertise and supervisory background.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with International and vendor warranty policies.
  • Valid Class A - Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively communicate service maintenance requirements.
