  • Work within a designated territory, typically covering 50-75 homes or locations daily.
  • Articulate the advantages of choosing Cox Roofing for home restoration projects.
  • Propose specific services or products and inquire if clients would like a competitive estimate if they already have a contractor.
  • Seek direct referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Engage in outreach within neighborhoods where Cox Roofing is actively working on projects.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote services.

Compensation Structure: This position operates on a commission basis, with 2% of the gross contract awarded upon project completion and full payment from the client. The typical sales cycle ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, with average contracts valued between $50,000 and $100,000.

Performance Expectations: Top performers generally secure 2-4 successful appointments weekly, with potential earnings exceeding $200,000 annually. Work hours are primarily in the afternoon, from 2 PM to 7 PM, to maximize the likelihood of client availability.

Candidate Profile: This role demands commitment, resilience, and a strong work ethic. A significant portion of outreach efforts may result in rejection, but persistence in pursuing new prospects is essential.
