Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the training needs across the organization.
  • Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training programs utilizing web-based tools and technologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants as necessary.

  • Create comprehensive training materials and documentation using available resources.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to promote the successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Develop assessment questions to evaluate participant understanding and retention of the training material.
  • Engage in pilot programs for new applications.
  • Assess and prioritize training initiatives, tasks, and projects.
  • Stay informed about trends in IT and the learning industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training on Microsoft Office and Windows 10.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Microsoft Word and Articulate Rise.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong creative thinking, writing, and documentation capabilities.
  • Passionate about learning and adapting to new technologies.
