E-arth Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and high-quality credentialing practices that meet regulatory and accreditation agency requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement credentialing processes that comply with regulatory and accreditation agencies, hospital and medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely credentialing.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the credentialing process.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on credentialing best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of related experience, including 1 year of administrative services experience or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
