Position Overview:

  • Focus on optimizing testing efficiency and dependability through data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Offer insights on laboratory and equipment improvements.

Main Duties:

  • Design and construct testing devices.
  • Generate and assess testing documentation.
  • Oversee reliability schedules and maintain databases.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address testing issues.
  • Communicate testing data with pertinent stakeholders.
  • Assist in the expansion of laboratory capabilities and resources.
  • Recommend equipment acquisitions and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Agricultural Sciences Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD applications.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with testing instrumentation.
  • Strong skills in technical writing.
