Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management services. As a member of our Fleet Services team, you will work closely with our Operations Coordinators and the Customer Experience team to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics: Schedule storage and transportation requests with vendors to meet customer and Motorlease needs.
  • Storage & Transport: Maintain day-to-day relationships with transportation partners and coordinate state inspections or vehicle needs when necessary.
  • Vehicle Insurance: Onboard new clients, maintain relationships with non-Motorlease insurance providers, and distribute state-specific insurance cards.
  • Insurance Subrogation: Identify and validate damage claims, negotiate with insurance companies, and identify cost-saving methods.
  • Maintenance PO's: Assist the Services team with overflow support for maintenance PO calls and act as a liaison between customers and repair shops.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate ownership, and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience.

  • Salary: $45,000-$48,000.
