About the Role:
Hull & Company, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Broker to join its growing team. As an Associate Broker, you will work closely with an established broker to develop and implement creative strategies to produce new and renewal business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand relationships with clients to address their risk management needs.
- Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Work with underwriters to obtain necessary information, complete applications, and issue policies.
- Review and rate submissions for premium and terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and producers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, CIC or CPCU designation, 220 License, and 2-4 years of related experience.
