Senior Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our front-end team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing associate performance, and driving sales growth.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and providing customer service. A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing front-end team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement processes to improve store operations and efficiency
- Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates
- Maintain accurate records, files, and transactions according to accounting office procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $21.00 to $29.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
