Job Overview

We are seeking a System and Controls Sales Leader to function as area sales leader for business sold through the Equipment and Controls revenue stream in the Upstate NY and VT offices.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews and conduct analysis on team performance using necessary business/performance metrics.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and sales team as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 per year, plus incentive.
