The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance our operational excellence. This role will play a vital part in shaping our future success by optimizing our processes, reducing waste, and increasing employee engagement.

This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and serves as a change agent for insurance agency, client success, sales, and operations teams. By utilizing data and structured problem-solving tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, this individual will be seen as a trusted and valuable resource for advocating and managing process changes and projects supporting our vision and strategic plan.

Salary: $55,000 annually or $26.44 per hour.

Job Description:
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with leadership and Quality Manager to define process improvement goals and projects.
  • Facilitating and leading structured problem-solving teams to increase process efficiency and effectiveness, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partnering with Information Technology to create, maintain, and utilize KPI dashboards and reports (Microsoft PowerBI).
  • Contributing to the assessment and prioritization of risks and improvement opportunities impacting LeaseTrack and its customers.
  • Couching other LeaseTrack employees with their understanding and application of structured problem-solving tools.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of new hire and refresher training in structured problem-solving concepts and tools.
  • Promoting a culture of learning and teamwork by encouraging open and frequent two-way feedback with coworkers.
  • Supporting QA Manager and leadership in the development of enterprise software change requests needed for process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Three or more years of experience using Excel or similar software to analyze and summarize data.
  • One year or more of successfully managing process improvement projects or organizational excellence initiatives.
  • The ability to interact and communicate effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members in process improvement concepts and tools.
  • Comfortable presenting data, concepts, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to assess team dynamics and overcome barriers to working well with others.
  • Willingness to drive culture change and lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases and reports using business intelligence tools (Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau).
  • Prior experience in process change management or organizational change management.
