Job Title: Director of Global Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Office of Global Engagement. As the Director of Global Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance internationalization at our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of international programs and initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to international student services and global initiatives teams
  • Collaborate with academic departments and units to develop and implement internationalization strategies
  • Manage budgets and resources to support international programs and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in international education or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Knowledge of international education trends and best practices
  • Fluency in a second language
