Strategic Pharmaceutical Account Professional

Csi Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Specialty Account Manager to join our Boston-based team. This key position involves establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in designated sales territories.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to optimize efficiency, product knowledge, and sales skills to meet personal and company goals.
- Develop a comprehensive business strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue targets.
- Proactively identify referrals from present and prospective customers through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints in accordance with company policies and advise management accordingly.
- Design territory plans to ensure optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing new business opportunities.
- Educate referral sources on CSI services related to customer needs and benefits.
- Establish competitive strategies and routing based on market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives and maximum profitable sales.
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build and maintain a strong customer base.
- Possess the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hold a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of medical sales or equivalent experience.
- Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience is a significant advantage.
Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $105,000, plus commission.
