About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director of Pharmaceutical Data Management to join our team in this Hybrid-Eligible role. As a Strategic Director, you will serve as the Lead for Incentive Compensation, Global Healthcare Entity Master (GHEM), CRM (Salesforce), Data Management and Quality, Ad Hoc and Recurrent Analytics, and Field Performance Measurement and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining IC plan business rules, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and collaborating with the governance team(s) to advise and coach.
  • Your tasks will also include running reports and calculating payouts, developing and administering sales contests, training field forces on IC plan elements, and managing data services vendors.
  • You will work closely with the Global Information Systems (GIS) team to implement fixes and enhancements, partner with Sales and Marketing teams to manage content update requests, and create reports and dashboards.
  • Furthermore, you will manage the mobile analytics application, commercial data warehouse (CDW), and patient transaction master data file.
  • In addition, you will monitor data supplier quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness, review data quality scorecards in collaboration with Trade team partners, and coordinate sourcing of commercial data.
  • You will also partner with Forecasting & Analytics team to deliver weekly performance content to commercial leadership team, respond to ad hoc data inquiries from internal stakeholders, and train field forces on reports and business acumen regarding analytics.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, and typically 6-8 years of direct experience with pharmaceutical data; sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting are necessary.
  • Experience with data vendors, external customers, and field teams is essential, as well as significant experience with incentive compensation models.
  • You should have extensive knowledge of master data management (MDM) processes, strong familiarity with CRM, especially Salesforce, and significant experience with query tools against a database to analyze data quality and content.
  • Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project) is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Benefits

This is a Hybrid-Eligible role, allowing you to choose between working remotely up to two days per week or being designated as On-Site eligible, working five days a week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your location and qualifications. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location

This role can be based in various locations, including Boston, Massachusetts, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and other regional offices. Please note that the final decision on location will depend on the company's needs and your preferences.
