We are excited to present an opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of all operational processes, with the primary goal of optimizing and refining workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, design, and develop processes aimed at maximizing productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee various operational areas, including SMT line, Manual Soldering line, Press Fit Operation, and Warehouse Area, ensuring maintenance and operational excellence.
  • Formulate and implement new procedures and processes.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements and innovations.
  • Evaluate and test both new and existing processes for effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the implementation of newly developed processes and procedures.
  • Review current processes and propose enhancements.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues that arise within processes, procedures, and operations.
  • Document all changes to processes through comprehensive reporting.
  • Effectively communicate insights and findings to management and team members.
  • Support teams in executing the procedures you develop.
  • Encourage stakeholders—clients or executives—to adopt the process improvements and new methodologies you propose.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in PCB Assembly, Manual Soldering, and Press Fit Processes within the electronics sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with computer and information technology.
  • Preferred specialized training relevant to the industry.
  • Solid understanding of scientific and mathematical principles.

Preferred Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering or a related field, such as electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the electronics industry.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package, with targeted compensation ranging from $98,000 to $113,000, based on experience.
