Position Overview

The Clinical Quality Advisor RN plays a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical outcomes and operational capabilities of nursing centers. This position is rooted in a servant leadership philosophy, drawing on extensive industry experience to guide and support nursing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Performance Enhancement: Drive innovation and improvement in nursing center clinical outcomes to achieve superior performance and competitive edge.
  • Training and Development: Assess the needs of nursing centers to formulate training strategies and develop Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans aimed at surpassing clinical outcome objectives.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work closely with market-level support teams to align care outcomes with industry standards and address specific market needs.
  • Engagement with Leadership: Foster relationships with center and market leaders to effectively implement clinical support initiatives that align with the strategic goals of individual nursing centers.
  • Communication Support: Promote multi-directional communication to reinforce clinical objectives and priorities across teams.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to provide additional clinical support and guidance to nursing center leadership teams facing challenges.
  • Innovation and Education: Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and education, assisting nursing centers in achieving specific clinical goals.
  • On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during significant events and assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans.
  • Resource Coordination: Identify opportunities for clinical capability enhancement and ensure accountability in developing nursing skills.
  • Information Sharing: Establish frameworks for sharing information among Market Directors of Nursing to promote collaborative resource utilization and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility
  • Knowledge and experience in long-term care settings
