Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Clinical Outcomes: Innovate and improve nursing center-level clinical capabilities to achieve competitive differentiation and superior performance.
  • Training and Development: Assess the needs of nursing centers to develop effective training strategies and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans aimed at surpassing clinical goals.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work closely with market-level support teams to ensure care outcomes meet industry standards and address specific market needs.
  • Engagement with Leadership: Foster interactions with center and market leaders to effectively deploy clinical support initiatives that enhance nursing center operations.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication to support clinical objectives and priorities across the organization.
  • Partnership with Nursing Directors: Collaborate strategically with Directors of Nursing to provide additional support to nursing center leadership teams during challenging times.
  • Innovation and Education: Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and education, assisting nursing centers in executing specific clinical objectives.
  • On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during significant events and assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans.
  • Resource Coordination: Identify opportunities for clinical capability enhancement and coordinate necessary resources to support nursing centers.
  • Information Sharing: Establish frameworks for sharing information among Directors of Nursing to promote the collaborative use of resources and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: RN with a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in long-term care practices are essential.
