About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our building, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our building, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and correctly operate all equipment, including cleaning machines and tools.
  • Chemical Use: Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.
  • Cost Control: Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies.
  • Dust and Polish: Dust all wood and fixtures, and polish all brass plates, rails, and hardware.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
  • Guest Interaction: Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Education and Experience: Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Must demonstrate ability to early communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
  • Self-Motivation: Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
  • Appearance: Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
Compensation

Compensation is from $14 per hour. We are an equal opportunity employer and participate in E-Verify in states where required.
