Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a primarily adult population. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing
