Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Froedtert Health is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Brown Deer, WI. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also having access to a collaborative team with support from an engaged Medical Director.
Job Summary:We are currently recruiting a full or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a new Onsite Occupational Health Clinic. The successful candidate will have experience in Family Medicine and be bilingual in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing excellent patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality services to our employer partners.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to employees of various businesses throughout the Milwaukee Metro area and Wisconsin.
- Conduct occupational health-focused services, including medical evaluations, treatment, and prevention programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in Family Medicine.
- Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration.
