Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse is a skilled practitioner responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an inpatient environment. This role requires clinical competence and experience in caring for adult patients, with a focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate nursing care, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent
- BSN degree or higher, with non-BSN nurses required to enroll in a BSN program within 15 months of hire
