Occupational Health Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a part-time on-site Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Froedtert Workforce Health team. This role will require working at multiple locations, including Vilter Manufacturing and Appleton Electric.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider to practice autonomously, working with a variety of preventive and primary care services. The ideal candidate will have Family Medicine experience and the ability to work independently with all ages.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred for Nurse Practitioners.
- A bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required for Physician Assistants.
- Current state certification as a PA or APNP is required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required upon hire.
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required or must be eligible to obtain.
