Morton Buildings Sales Consultant Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of post-frame buildings, with over 120 years of experience and a strong presence in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed sales budgets
  • Grow existing market share and expand into new territories
  • Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and customers to deliver high-quality buildings
  • Utilize technology to manage complex projects and ensure timely completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
