Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide direction and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Patient Care Management: Oversee the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that individualized care is provided to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, providing opportunities for staff to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the nursing team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in geriatric/adolescent rehabilitation and other hospital care settings.
  • Certifications: Current RN licensure in Massachusetts, ACLS certification, and BLS certification for Adult, Child, and Infant.
