Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of bakery equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Communication: Collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs proactively.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Experience managing maintenance of large industrial bakery equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and processes for maximizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtime.
  • Maintenance Management: Ability to manage maintenance staff, prioritize tasks, and oversee maintenance operations efficiently.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred, equivalent work experience considered.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or food production environment.
