- Experience: One year of secretarial/clerical experience required; six months of hospital registration or medical office experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
The Patient Access Specialist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
