We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a valid and active State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Job Summary

This is a contract/ travel position for 13 weeks with the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including schools and healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders comprehensively and diagnose the type and severity of communication issues via clinical evaluations and diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
  • Deliver therapy to enhance articulation, fluency, voice, comprehension, and expression
  • Address swallowing disorders and promote safe swallowing practices
  • Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices when required
  • Educate patients and families on strategies and exercises for improved communication and swallowing
  • Collaborate closely with a healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and educators, for holistic care
  • Maintain precise and current patient records, including assessments, plans, and progress notes
  • Assist patients in applying improved communication skills in daily life, school, or work
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $1,876 per week (35 hours), based on the location in Winchester, NH. As a contracted employee, you will be paid according to the agreed-upon rate.
