Clinical Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Communication Specialist to join our team as a Speech and Language Pathologist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our clinicians.
Job OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders. You will have the chance to collaborate with our experienced clinicians, contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapted to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions and optimal client outcomes.
- Develop and implement Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices and research in the field of speech and language pathology.
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist and registration with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
We provide a competitive salary package, including:
- Total Compensation: Ranging from $32.70-$49.20/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (which is tiered according to the candidate's experience and competency) and bi-weekly bonuses.
- Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.
- Paid Time Off: 29 days (20 vacation, 7 holidays, 2 for professional development).
