Career Transition Program Manager

As a Career Transition Program Manager at Equus Workforce Solutions, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers, and community partner sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and market the Career Transition Program to meet the needs of our clients and partners.
- Develop placement office procedures to ensure efficient and effective job placement activities.
- Establish relationships with prospective employers to determine their needs and promote our placement services.
- Arrange on-campus interviews between employers and graduating trainees to facilitate placement of graduates.
- Collect, organize, and analyze occupational, educational, and economic information for use in job placement activities.
- Assist in conducting community surveys to gather labor market information such as prevailing wages, hours, training, and employment possibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Plus one year of experience in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services.
- Or four to six years of related experience and/or training.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
