- Corrective Action Requests: Oversee Supplier Corrective Action Requests to address recurring quality issues.
- Production Part Approval Process: Lead the Production Part Approval Process with critical customers to meet requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier network.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers on quality standards and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Previous experience as a Quality Engineer is required
- Manufacturing Background: Previous experience in the Manufacturing Setting is required
- Quality Management Systems: Quality Management Systems experience
- Industry Certifications: ISO 9001 & AS9100
- Lean Manufacturing: Lean Manufacturing & Root Cause Analysis experience
- Project Management: Project Management experience
- Electromechanical Designs: Electromechanical Designs knowledge
