Job OverviewAs a Produce Department Manager at Lassen's Natural Foods, you will oversee and coordinate all activities in the produce department, working closely with the Store Manager and Regional Produce Buyer to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards, ensuring the department meets and exceeds expectations.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide team members, and have a keen eye for detail.
