About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge of building services systems across a portfolio of ground-breaking projects in the US and globally.



Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers as part of a dedicated team to deliver innovative electrical engineering solutions.
  • Produce coordinated detailed design drawings, models, specifications, and reports to ensure project success.
  • Organize technical and financial proposals for new work, leveraging your expertise in electrical systems and design software.
  • Manage the workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions, applying your technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Prepare technical specifications, monitor financial performance, and keep senior staff informed of important service/design decisions.
  • Mentor junior Electrical Engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Plan and manage your personal workload to meet deadlines, proactively raising concerns regarding workload as needed.
  • Actively contribute towards delivering profitable projects, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering design.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry.
  • Relevant bachelor or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification desirable.
  • LEED AP accreditation preferred.
