Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Resource Coordinator to join our team at TRIGO. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for scheduling and staffing qualified personnel to ensure the success of our missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with hiring partners in assigned areas
  • Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS
  • Conduct scheduling, staffing, and recruiting services supporting containment projects and sorting activities
  • Research, develop, and maintain good working relationships with temp agencies and recruiting sources
  • Build and manage relationships with staffing partners
  • Market research average hourly wages in hiring areas
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media sites
  • Responsible for filling open positions with temporary associates and TRIGO direct hires as required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a HR/Recruiting preferably in Manufacturing/Automotive
  • Client relationship building
  • Interviewing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree (Marketing/Business/HR) preferred
