Job Summary

This is a Monday-Friday position that requires the ability to be on-call and respond to property for select after-hours emergencies. A pre-employment background check and drug testing are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the appearance and working order of the property structures, facilities, and systems, including individual apartment homes, exterior, and common areas.
  • Works with property managers, vendors, and residents to diagnose, assess, and repair issues, including general electrical, plumbing, appliances, and walls.
  • Responsible for detailed turnover and make-ready of vacant apartments.
  • Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses equipment and materials properly.
Requirements
  • Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance.
  • Accomplished at providing excellent customer service.
  • Willing to be on-call and occasionally work after-hours, including weekends.
  • Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
