The Aesthetic Pre-Sales Consultant at Allergan Aesthetics plays a pivotal role in generating leads and educating prospective clients about the advantages of partnering with Allergan.
This position involves managing a comprehensive leads database, forecasting potential closures, following up on pending account forms, creating cases for customer credentialing, and serving as the primary Allergan representative until a smooth transition to the sales representative occurs upon account establishment.
The Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of all Allergan Aesthetic programs and will be prepared to address fundamental inquiries regarding products, programs, training, and available resources.
Additionally, the Consultant will have a foundational understanding of state licensing regulations based on Allergan Aesthetic policies to tailor educational efforts to various customer types and product eligibility.
When engaging with non-Allergan clients contemplating aesthetic solutions, responsibilities include assessing customer needs, collecting essential customer information, educating them on the benefits of collaborating with Allergan (including sales support, program assistance, and business development), and managing expectations throughout the account setup process, including guiding customers through the application procedure to become an Allergan Aesthetics account.
For new Allergan customers, the role includes assisting with registrations for Allergan Advantage, Allergan Partner Privileges, Allergan Direct, and Brilliant Connections, guiding customers through product proctoring and attestation requirements, and aligning prescriber affiliations to generate Service Request Forms (SRFs).
Lead Management Responsibilities:
Maintain and nurture leads while serving as the primary Allergan representative for non-customers.
Educate clients on the enrollment process for Allergan Partner Privileges, Allergan Advantage, Brilliant Connections, and Allergan Direct, as well as proctoring and attestation for required products.
Capture essential contact information, including the individual's role within the account, address, phone number, email, and medical details (to assess specialty and nature of business).
Opportunity Management:
Create leads in the system, uncover opportunities, maintain close communication with potential clients, and provide a high level of customer support, including answering basic product and program inquiries, leveraging Allergan Aesthetic platforms for training and resource support, and fostering loyalty among future customers.
For new customers, create cases for the Credentialing team, gather necessary information, and ensure a seamless account opening process. Serve as the lead contact for customers from the initiation of the account creation process until the account is fully established. Welcome customers to Allergan Aesthetics, share account information, and introduce them to sales representatives.
Develop program knowledge to effectively address the business needs of non-customers, while also identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, products, and training options.
Gather information to accurately understand customer problems and needs, using this data to determine solutions and proactively resolve issues in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Proficient in Allergan Aesthetics Programs and the requirements for opening an Aesthetic account.Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Customer Credentialing, Accounts Receivable, and the Allergan Aesthetics Salesforce team.
Customer Service:
Address basic inquiries and provide information to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding new accounts and educate them on the value of the Allergan Aesthetic portfolio.
For non-Allergan accounts, respond to basic questions, qualify the account, and if no future sales opportunity exists, close the case in the system.
Route therapeutic leads to the Credentialing team.
Administrative Duties:
Effectively manage a portfolio of business to ensure a premium onboarding experience and a smooth customer journey.
Participate in program and sales training and departmental meetings as required.
Complete administrative tasks related to lead management and new customer onboarding.
Customize follow-up communications to customers, utilize scheduling resources, and send proctoring videos as needed.
Complete program enrollments for Allergan Partner Privileges, Allergan Advantage, Brilliant Connections, and Allergan Direct, as well as proctoring and attestation for required products if interested, and align prescriber affiliation information accordingly.
