The Affordable Housing Community Director is responsible for the comprehensive management of a significant residential property or multiple smaller properties, overseeing a total of over 300 units and a team of more than five full-time staff members. This role is crucial in ensuring the property meets operational and financial objectives set by the client.
Compensation:Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement:
Implement the owner's vision in daily operations to align with client expectations. - Effective Communication:
Maintain professional interactions with all stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and guests. - Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring compliance with departmental standards. - Occupancy Management:
Achieve and maintain targeted occupancy levels through effective leasing strategies and marketing initiatives. - Financial Oversight:
Maximize revenue potential through strategic lease management and timely collections. - Documentation and Reporting:

- Proficiency in English and strong computer skills are essential.
