Affordable Housing Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to showcase our properties and provide exceptional customer service.

• Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home
• Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
• Comply with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies
• Maintain positive and professional communication with applicants, residents, vendors, and clients

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management software
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
