Senior Regional Manager, Schwab Wealth Advisory

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Manager to join our Schwab Wealth Advisory team. As a Senior Regional Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and counseling a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to grow and support the client base they serve.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and counsel a team of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Build and foster relationships with internal partners, including Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset and service targets are met.
- Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.
- Perform compliance and administrative tasks inherent in the financial services industry.
- CFP designation, CFA designation, or a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
- Active and valid FINRA 66 license required.
- Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required.
- Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
