Senior Regional Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Manager to join our Investor Advice Solutions team at Charles Schwab. As a key leader, you will be responsible for coaching and counseling a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to grow and support the client base.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and counsel a team of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors
- Build and foster relationships with internal partners and clients
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset and service targets are met
- Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality
- CFP designation, CFA designation, or a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
- Active and valid FINRA 66 license required
- Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred
