Caregiving Supervisor

We are a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors and disabled or recovering adults. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients.

We are seeking a skilled Caregiving Supervisor to join our team in the Hastings and Grand Island area. As a Caregiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling weekly care hours between clients and caregivers, as well as providing in-home care to clients as needed.

• Create and manage client and caregiver schedules
• Provide non-medical in-home caregiving services, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments
• Maintain strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration
• Resolve challenges or issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Report any incidents involving client health/safety/satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner

• Problem-solving skills in unexpected situations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals
• Detail-oriented with good multi-tasking ability
• Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.

We offer a competitive salary, up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska average, and 20% higher than the national average. We also provide paid training, including classes through Care Academy and ongoing training and development. Time and mileage are paid for any commute that is 30 miles or further, and for any errands or appointments within shifts.
