Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soil Stabilization Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the geotechnical and environmental construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and reduce costs.
