**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Community Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residential communities, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership**: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to Community Managers and Associate Managers, ensuring effective team performance and goal achievement.
- **Community Management Operations**: Successfully manage a portfolio of residential communities, resolving client conflicts, and maintaining strong relationships with Association Boards.
- **Employee Engagement and Performance Management**: Set performance goals, provide training and mentorship, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of success.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Certifications**: CCAM, CMCA, and AMS designations required; CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations desired.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
