Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents, and maintaining the physical asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the value of the property, meeting the client's operational and financial goals.
  • Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
  • Maintain occupancy levels, oversee leasing, and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage revenue, including rent collections and delinquency.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management items, facility maintenance, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree preferred.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management software.
